What’s New in the i240?
This is PING’s highest-launching Players iron yet, engineered to help you dial in your distances and land shots closer to the pin with confidence. The refined design includes a new ABS cavity badge and elastomer insert, both lighter and more efficient than ever before. That weight savings (8.5g, to be exact) is cleverly redistributed around the perimeter of the head, boosting forgiveness – especially noticeable in the mid and long irons.
The result? An 11% reduction in dispersion, giving you tighter shot patterns and greater consistency throughout the set.
Feel & Sound That Match the Performance
Beyond performance, PING has worked hard on the i240’s sound and feel. That same elastomer and ABS insert not only contributes to forgiveness but delivers a softer, more responsive feel with a satisfying sound at impact. It's all housed in a compact, player-preferred 431 stainless steel head – giving the i240 a clean, confident look at address.
