Why is the MYAF program being paused?

We are installing a brand-new technical infrastructure to give you a much better experience. This upgrade allows us to launch the new MYAF App, offer better discount coupons, and give you more flexible ways to spend your points. To ensure a smooth migration of all customer data, we need to pause the current system briefly.
When does the current system turn off?

What happens to my existing points?

Tell me more about the new MYAF App?
Don’t worry—you won’t lose a single point! All balances will be safely stored and carried over to the new system. Your full balance will be available for you to use when we relaunch in early February.
Can I earn points between January 10th and the February launch?

During this specific "offline" period, points cannot be earned or redeemed as the database is being migrated to the new platform. However, we will be tracking major purchases and looking for ways to "surprise and delight" our loyal members once the new app is live!
The new app is designed to put your rewards in your pocket. You’ll be able to:
View your points balance in real-time.
Access exclusive "App-Only" coupon offers.
Use a digital loyalty card for faster checkout in-store.
Receive personalized rewards based on your golfing preferences.
If you have a valid MYAF reward coupon that expires between January 10th and February 7th, please contact our support team at marketing@afgolfstore.co.uk, and we will ensure it is honored or replaced in the new system.
How do I access the new system in February?
Once we go live, we will send an email to all current MYAF members with instructions on how to download the app and log in. Your account will already be waiting for you—you’ll just need to set a new password..
